Remove them twice a day in order to gently brush around the implant abutments and clean the dentures. An annual inspection is very important to ensure its functioning and to assess the quality of your mouth and soft tissues.
After several years you may find there is mild wear and tear of the implant abutments and the denture does not lock in as firmly as it once did. New components can be replaced in the denture fitting to make it feel tight and firm as before.
