Clinical Assessment & Fee Redemption Terms and Conditions

1. Assessment and Diagnostic Fees

  • 1.1. Payment & Booking: The clinic charges a non-refundable fee for a Comprehensive Assessment. The Assessment Fee is payable in full at the time of booking to secure clinical time, surgery space, and diagnostic resources.

  • 1.2. Inclusions: This fee covers expert clinical time, essential diagnostic X-rays, oral health screening, and the formulation of a bespoke, comprehensive treatment report.

  • 1.3. Intellectual Property: Diagnostic outputs remain the intellectual property of the clinic but can be transferred to the patient upon written request.

2. Eligibility for Treatment Plan Credit (The Redemption Policy)

  • 2.1. Redemption Rule: The Assessment Fee is strictly redeemable (applied as a credit) only against the cost of a qualifying, advanced reconstructive treatment plan.

  • 2.2. Qualifying Plan Definition: A “Qualifying Plan” is defined as a single, cohesive treatment plan with a total gross value equal to or exceeding £2,000.00 (Two Thousand Pounds).

3. Validity and Timeframes

  • 3.1. 60-Day Window: To claim the Assessment Fee credit, the patient must formally accept the Qualifying Plan and pay the required treatment deposit within 60 calendar days from the date of the initial assessment.

  • 3.2. Expiry: If a treatment plan is accepted after the 60-day window, the clinical presentation may have changed. The clinic reserves the right to require a new assessment, and the original Assessment Fee will be considered expired and non-redeemable.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • 4.1. Clinical Suitability: The Assessment Fee pays for the clinician’s diagnostic expertise and time. If the clinician determines during the assessment that a patient is medically or anatomically unsuitable for implants or advanced treatment, the Assessment Fee remains payable and non-refundable.

  • 4.2. Non-Transferability: The credit is tied strictly to the individual patient assessed. It cannot be transferred, assigned, or credited to any other individual, family member, or third-party patient.

  • 4.3. No Cash Value: The Assessment Fee credit has no independent cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used retrospectively against treatments already completed or in progress.

Important Notice: The clinic operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • 5.1. Forfeiture: If a patient fails to attend their assessment appointment, or cancels/reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, the Assessment Fee will be forfeited to cover lost clinical time and overhead costs.

  • 5.2. Rebooking: A new fee will be required to book any subsequent appointment.
