Fees:
- £450 per day (sessions are from 8am to 8pm)
- Length of rental term will be for a minimum of 3 months
- Short rental terms available at a daily rate of £550 (8am to 8pm)
- Sessional rate charged at £350 per session (5 hour sessions am/pm)
- Ad Hoc Sessions available subject to availability
Rental Fees Include:
- License fee, rent, business rates, clinical waste collections, water and electricity.
- Access to reception services during standard operating hours.
- Use of advanced sterilisation equipment, including vacuum autoclaves and a decontamination room.
- Full access to all emergency medical supplies, including drugs, oxygen, and a defibrillator.
Does not Include:
- Dental instruments and materials.
- Dental surgery assistant (available for an additional fee).
- Access to practice management software (clinicians may use their own if preferred).
- Use of the receptionist outside standard operating hours.
